- * All the Ornaments of our Concern are (916) Hallmarked with Hallmark Unique Identification number. (Govt. Regd.)
- * We assure the Customers of the purity of Gold.
- * No deduction for Gold will be made during the period of any exchange. (N. B. - It is appropriate to our (916) Hallmarked Jewelries only)
- * Customers are requested to verify the HUID Code before purchasing any product.
- * Customers should exchange their Ornaments within 7 days with unused and unbreakable conditions. Otherwise making charges will be deducted.
- * Customers must carry the original Invoice copy during any exchange or resale of the Ornaments.
- * We are unable to give any breakage guarantee of Sankha, Pola and such lite weight Ornaments.
- * In case of any Orders or Booking, the gold rates will be fixed partially according to the Customers’ advance.
- * In the case of Orders’ Ornaments, the weight can be increased or decreased by 10%, and get delivered b/w 1 Month. Otherwise, Orders or Booking will be cancelled.
- * The amount of 4% will be deducted from the refund of excess exchange value.
- * The amount of 8% will be deducted from the total value of reselling Ornaments.
- * Any kind of refund is not possible!
